Designed and ran a Thursday to Sunday live music and community programme for a street food and culture venue, balancing a weekly budget against a broad, local audience.
Alongside the calendar, built the venue's operational and compliance suite: opening and closing checklists, COSHH assessments covering cleaning products, LPG and cellar gas, noise level tracking, a costed staff rota, and weekly finance reporting. Programmed the moving-head lighting rig for live shows.
Audience, capacity, budget, date and what success looks like.
Programme, running order, staffing and technical spec.
